Specialized performance/fitness training that focuses on developing the proper technique for the athlete to access maximum speed, strength and explosive power. Young athletes in all sports are challenged to achieve higher levels of performance and increased speed. Sports that can benefit include football, basketball, baseball, soccer, softball, lacrosse, wrestling, volleyball, as well as track and field athletes.
